I'd like to thank all of you for adding some of my photos to your favorites or collections! Comments on my pictures are also VERY much appreciated.

In my opinion it gets very unpersonal to drop a "thanks for the fav" on every single persons profile. It's just like copy and pasting the exact same thing 30 times in a row, and to me that definatly doesn't show real appreciation. I know it's good manners, and it's just because people don't want to seem rude, but I'd like to think of it as; people are faving my photos because they enjoy my work.

So if I comment I'm trying to give my own little twist to it, or at least leave more than 4 words that are exactly the same as everyone else's. Or at least check out their galleries as well. Because I am very glad there are people who are enjoying my work!

On the other side, I come across profiles where I see people adding A LOT of photos to their favorites or collections, and the only thing you'll find on their profiles is thanks, thank you, thanks for the fav, and that makes me wonder how much they even like one of my photos. I mean if someone adds like 194047 photos a day to their 'favorites' or collections, how much does your photo mean? Do they even think it's a good or beautiful shot, or are they just trying to collect as many photos possible?
